Company policy

CPCP is a family firm which has built its reputation on know-how. To ensure that our employees acquire the necessary skills and knowledge, we have adopted a policy of in-house training and long-term employment. This ‘old-fashioned’approach allows our staff to achieve the high working standards demanded by CPCP. It is our intention to continue with this policy.

Contrary to the current trend at other companies in our sector, CPCP does not make use of external labour (temporary staff or sub-contractors), except to provide support when we are extremely busy.

In general, the use of outside workers does not correspond with the high expectations of CPCP or its clients.
